The patient coordinator starts off as a level one role. With good productivity and adaptation, there is room to grow into a level two position.
Front desk patient coordinator role 80 % : front desk check in/check out, verifying insurance, answering phone calls, coordinating patient visits, collecting vitals.
Marketing roles 20 % : Setting lunches, finding referral sources, building relationships for new practices and entities.
Ideal candidate is hungry to be productive, attitude is humble and people smart.
Work hours Monday- Friday - 8-5 PM and lunch planned 12-1pm
