Job Description: Part-time Office Assistant, Customer Service Rep
Position Overview:
There are 2 jobs available. The first from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the second from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
As a Part-Time Office Assistant/Customer Service Rep, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, scheduling our services efficiently, maintaining customer information in our digital platforms, and supporting sales efforts to maximize our service schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.
- Efficiently schedule appointments and services using our digital scheduling system.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
- Proactively make outbound sales calls to promote our services and ensure a full schedule.
- Confirm appointments with customers and provide necessary instructions or preparations for their scheduled services.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks and support other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or office administration.
- Ability to quickly learn and answer basic questions about our services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and CRM systems for scheduling and customer management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Sales experience or the willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the service industry.
