DIGITAL MARKETER
We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and creative Digital Marketer to help launch Páramo into North America. Páramo is an outdoor clothing brand that has a loyal customer following in the UK since 1992 and will be expanding into the North American market. This is a key role in the company who will work closely with VP Marketing to develop marketing strategies and execute the planned initiatives. This role will drive the ecommerce business through marketing efforts across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital marketing, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Digital Marketer will optimize and manage the website and digital channels to drive brand awareness and purchase conversions. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day online business including website maintenance, email, Meta ads, Google Ads, social media, Influencer marketing, and earned media.
The right candidate will be driven, self-motivated and come with experience driving DTC conversions and growth, preferably in the outdoor or apparel industry.
JOB ROLES
- Strategy: Create seasonal marketing calendar, identify consumer market opportunities, identify evolving technology needs and execute new initiatives.
- Digital Ads: Own full end-to-end management of paid media campaigns including developing strategy, campaign execution, budget management, and optimization across Meta, Google, & any additional paid acquisition channels.
- Website: Manage and refresh the site to include creating and optimizing content, daily checks for issues, opportunities, and product accuracy
- Email: Develop and execute email strategy to include marketing flows, asset development, and optimize for conversions.
- Social: Manage the social media account(s) by crafting compelling content, scheduling posts, monitoring & re-posting tagged content, and providing strategic insights into performance & methods of improvement.
- Reporting: Evaluate performance and sales productivity against goals, providing critical insight to the team weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Content Creation: Develop and create content to support social media channels, website, earned media efforts, and blog
- Customer Experience: Manage consumer journey and experience, including returns and feedback program. Be customer obsessed. Monitor and analyze customer lifecycle to drive loyalty, retention, and growth.
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in of experience in digital marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in direct email marketing
- Creative ability to develop novel, interesting, and on-brand promotional ideas
- 2+ years’ experience with WYSIWYG website editing
- Successfully ideated, managed and launched product and/or promotional direct to consumer campaigns.
- An analytical mindset, with proven experience defining and delivering performance metrics for brand initiatives and gleaning actionable creative insights from data.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and WooCommerce.
- Proficient, hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar email platform)
- Understanding and experience with design software. Adobe Creative cloud (preferred) or Canva
- A keen eye for detail and an obsession with the customer journey and experience.
- Excellent presentation, organization, and project management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have demonstrated experience building and scaling a brand and are excited to jump in!
- Collaborative team player with strong work ethic.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
