Domingue Architectural Finishes is a dynamic and growing company specializing in luxury architectural finishes: paint products, coatings, and lime plasters. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.
Duties:
- Analyze inventory levels and trends to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers on Purchase Orders
- Coordinate inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies
- Assist in order mixing and processing, prepping LTL shipping orders
- Knowledge of warehouse management principles
-Assist with general workshop tasks
Requirements:
-Hard-working, and willing to in a teamwork environment.
- Experience in inventory management or related field
- Understanding of inventory control practices and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and software
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus
