Our office located in Liberty Lake, WA is seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to join the team!
Job Overview:
We are hiring for our FNOL group. The first notice of loss group (FNOL) is responsible for taking countrywide claim reports, explaining applicable coverages and setting expectations for the claims process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with new and existing claims
- Involvement with roadside assistance and glass programs
- Training will be provided
Salary and Work Schedule:
A starting annual salary of $37,994 ($19.48/hr). Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $55,934 annually ($28.68/hr). A 5%-10% shift differential may also apply depending on schedule. In addition, hired applicants will be eligible for the company’s annual variable incentive paid based on company performance. Additional commission opportunities may apply to customer facing sales and service representatives.
We are offering a 37.5 hour work week. The schedule will be Monday through Friday between the core hours of 6:00am – 3:30pm and every other Saturday between the core hours of 7:00am – 3:30pm. A 5% shift differential would apply.
A hybrid schedule of three days in office and two days work from home may be available after trained to work independently.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Required to obtain state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirements
- Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- May be called upon to handle additional job duties
