As an Administrative Assistant you will be the right hand for our Marketers. You will assist with running reports, follow up on meeting tasks, create materials for our marketing team to distribute, and overall assist with the day to day needs of the team. If you have an eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility, this could be the perfect job for you!
Administrative Assistant Skills & Requirements:
- Administrative experience preferred
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly detail oriented
- Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word / Excel)
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Remain composed and excel in time management
- Manage projects by establishing objectives, milestones, and creating presentations or other documents
- Ability to work autonomously is critical, a self-starter with the capacity to work efficiently
