The right candidate for this position would be cross-trained on different line positions such as fry station, flat top/grill, and saute. Our Owner and Chef has over 40 years of experience and is a great mentor for those that wish to pursue this as a career. Minimum of (5) years culinary experience preferred, including grilling and sautéeing
Competent with the use of culinary tools and techniques as well as kitchen equipment
Has knowledge of basic food temperatures and proper food handling
Experience with fresh New England seafood is a plus!
