Independent worker with good time management skills
Experienced in landscape / hardscape and equipment.

Familiar with sub-base and base preparation/compaction
Experience with equipment use such as backhoes, mini excavators, cut off saws, etc
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing and walking
Must be able to lift and move up to 80lbs regularly
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and tolerate exposure to typical noises and smells associated with work sites

Responsibilities:
You will be expected to be skilled in a variety of landscape installations including, but not limited to, all types of patios, outdoor lighting, artificial turf, irrigation etc
Additionally, you’ll display a proven ability to work with others to maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team
This individual will be responsible for managing time, materials, and site safety in the field, as well as ensuring all jobs are completed to Land Co Environment Standards.
This position will report to and coordinate projects with our Project Manager
Measure work areas and do the leveling before start of projects
Ensuring productivity with the laborers
Use skills to develop the team for growth opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
