** ON-SITE 1 days/week in Hoboken, NJ.
You’ll join the Account Management team to oversee supplier campaign management and revenue generation: This entails managing supplier marketing campaigns and their associated revenue streams. This is a 8 month contract + extension (possible convert to perm).
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Experience in building media plan recommendations.
- Excellent follow-through and no hesitation in ensuring accountability across teams.
- Meticulously detail-oriented project management
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and their investment in advertising
- Develop proposals in conjunction with sales professionals, providing comprehensive deal evaluation, revisions, and follow-up support.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and facilitate the development of Joint Business Partnerships.
- Manage ongoing client relationships and day-to-day business interactions. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand revenue beyond the initial contracted amount.
- Facilitate campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients. Oversee creative development, reporting, billing, and upsell processes.
- Offer technical guidance on campaign specifications, troubleshoot challenges, and facilitate conflict resolution with clients.
- Deliver on all established accountability metrics and goals specific to your role.
Account Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in client services facing role
- Possession of a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proven ability to cultivate and lead strategic relationships with suppliers, collaborating effectively with management and cross-functional teams to address supplier needs and achieve mutually beneficial goals.
- Experience in developing and presenting data-driven media plan recommendations aligned with client objectives and market insights.
- Demonstrated ability to meticulously manage projects with exceptional follow-through, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across teams. This fosters stronger supplier relationships and maximizes their investment in advertising.
- Working knowledge of analytics, advertising data/technology, and DMP platforms complemented by strong analytical and quantitative skills to solve problems effectively.
