Partners Dog Training is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Experience & Sales Team Lead to join our pack! In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales of our dog training programs and seeing our clients through the enrollment process, between our two locations - in Cave Creek and Scottsdale - fostering a positive and productive team environment, and exceeding revenue targets.
Partners is a leading dog training facility dedicated to helping dogs and their humans create a happier healthier life-long relationship. We offer a variety of training programs designed to address common behavior issues as well as extreme behavioral transformation cases with the goal of strengthening the bond between dogs and their owners.
The Perfect Pack Leader:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of proven success in a sales role and preferably accompanied by leadership experience.
- You possess a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and motivating teams to achieve their full potential.
- You have a genuine passion for dogs and a curiosity for understanding basic dog training principles.
- You are an enthusiastic and articulate communicator with the ability to connect with potential clients and build trust.
- You are a skilled coach and mentor, able to provide constructive feedback, celebrate wins, and empower your team for success.
- You are proficient in CRM software and comfortable using a variety of sales tools and techniques. Plus if experienced in Hubspot and Gingr
- You are a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, time management, and a positive attitude.
- You are willing to have two location homes and be a team liaison between both of our training facilities office teams members
Unleashing Your Potential:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive client acquisition and program enrollment.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of office sales representatives, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our dog training programs.
- Oversee daily sales activities, managing leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to continuously improve sales performance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.
- Represent Partners at community events and networking opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
