Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
-Accept payments and process insurance claims
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Experience with Eaglesoft and QuickBooks is preferred
