Upside Capital Holdings is a leading construction firm specializing in building high-quality single-family homes in the Dallas area. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for creating beautiful, durable homes, we are seeking a talented Construction Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with at least 3 years of experience in building single-family homes in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure materials and supplies are ordered and delivered on time.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building single-family homes in Dallas.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, techniques, and materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
