Located in Avanti Denver F&B Food Hall, we're looking for a skilled Cook to support Chef in leading the kitchen while he's not there. Leading by example and able to prepare burgers, fries, salads and soft serve treats to menu specification as well as being able to provide stellar customer service in our open kitchen concept. You will be asked to cook burgers on a flat top, use a 40-gal fryer to cook fries and fried chicken, take orders and support Chef with scheduling and food ordering. Other tasks will include daily prep for house made sauces, prepping veggies and daily/weekly cleaning tasks. An excellent Lead must be able to follow instructions and work well on in a team environment. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is helpful in becoming successful in the role. The goal is to make the best burger in town--while having fun doing it.
