Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative at Pinnacle Surfaces, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships, and delivering ex- ceptional customer service. If you have a proven track record in sales, possess excel- lent communication skills, and share a passion for the home improvement industry, we encourage you to apply and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- This is full-time Job, Ideal candidate should be familiar with stone Market but not necessary if applicant is skilled in sales.
- Identify and cultivate new sales prospects within the home improvement sector.
- Foster strong, enduring relationships with potential and current clients.
- Present and showcase our range of granite, marble, and quartz surfaces to meet client needs.
- Exceed sales targets and consistently meet or surpass performance bench- marks.
- Collaborate closely with our Operations Manager to strategize and execute effec- tive sales plans.
- Provide unparalleled customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of prod- uct knowledge to offer insightful customer support.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a sales role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or ex- ceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the Sales and a strong desire to assist clients as need- ed.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, thriving in a fast- paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and oppor- tunities.
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Atlanta, GA to join our team.
- Willingness to travel out of state for sales as required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
