Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional for our Recovery Homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and case management. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals in need of support.
Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with drug addiction, substance abuse and behavioral health needs
- Assist in data collection and entry for client records
- Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to monitor progress between the homes.
- Offer addiction counseling and support services as needed
- Follow daily schedules and daily logs
Experience:
- Prior experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
- Familiarity with data collection and file management
- Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies
- Experience in case management and social work is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
