- Answer phones and record new calls
- Enter new estimates and jobs on Smartsheet, Contractor Tools & QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Excel & QuickBooks is required
- Schedule estimates & jobs on calendar as well as keep track of them on Smartsheets
- Organize job folders for accountant by prepping for data entry
- Organized job photos/videos and help with managing social media, websites & online presence
- Administrative assistant duties (Keep track of hours, schedules & owners day to day tasks)
- Sending job Information to field techs
- Tracking vehicle maintenance logs
- Help organize office
