GUEST SERVICE AGENT - FRONT DESK ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Recognizes and greets the guest upon entry into the hotel lobby or on the telephone.
- Pleasant cheerful demeanor
- Understand and respond to all hotel guest’s requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in and out hotel guests
- Collects payment from hotel room rentals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
