I have an exciting opportunity in sales for North America here at Ingentis Inc. I am seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to introduce our revolutionary org charting and org design application, Ingentis org.manager, to a rapidly expanding market. Together, we will embark on a journey to medium and large enterprises, showing them how Ingentis org.manager can add immense value. There's no need to dread long sales cycles and cold calls - we will have plenty of fun delivering presentations to customers, closing deals, and testing out new ideas and proof of concepts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Nurture and manage prospects (self generated and Inbound) until they are considered a qualified lead.
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, assess their fit with our solutions, and qualify them as viable leads.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, acting as their primary point of contact and providing them with relevant information about our products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system (Pipedrive).
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Technical Aptitude: Understanding of software solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- High interest in developing a deep understanding of Ingentis core business and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
