Brix Real Estate Advisors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Broker to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based out of our White Plains, NY office, with a focus on the Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, and Connecticut commercial real estate markets. As a Senior Broker, you will leverage your extensive market knowledge, strong client relationships, and exceptional sales skills to drive success in commercial real estate transactions, focusing exclusively on sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Client Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, including investors and property owners.
- Market Expertise: Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities in the Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, and Connecticut commercial real estate markets.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire sales transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate sale agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Team Leadership: Support a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Management: Work with provided leads from our centralized database of prospects, focusing on converting leads and closing deals.
- Support Staff: Utilize support staff for administrative tasks to focus on high-value sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, with a strong focus on the Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, and Connecticut markets.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing high-value sales transactions and achieving sales targets.
- Licensing: Active New York State Real Estate Broker’s license.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in market analysis and financial modeling.
- Network: Established network of industry contacts and potential clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
