The Business Office Coordinator will handle aspects of accounts receivable for facility residents. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and be productive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain communication with residents, family members and others responsible for payment for patient care services.

Prepare and make cash deposits.

Maintain accurate records of payor types.

Maintain accurate and complete records for accounts held in trust by the facility in accordance with the policies and procedures of the facility.

Direct involvement with collection process, including responsibility for pursuit of delinquent accounts.

High school diploma or equivalent required

1 year related experience preferred

Data entry and accurate keyboard skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
