Job Summary:
- Develop initiatives, growth strategies, and plans to meet business goals.
- Establish contact and build business relationships within the vast municipal water and wastewater utility market, consulting engineers and contractors in the assigned region.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve maximum potential and produce results in the best interest of the company while respecting and delivering customer needs.
- Follow, research, and make recommendations based on industry trends and best practices to improve company position and opportunities.
- Manage existing portfolio of clients.
- Manage s team of sales and sales support personnel.
- Manage, coordinate, and communicate effectively with local distributors.
- Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data and sales forecasts.
- Participate at applicable regional and national trade shows including presentations, client tours, product showcasing, and other key industry networking events.
- Assist internal engineering and project management staff during detailed project design and implementation, and facility commissioning.
- Collaborate and support sales efforts for colleagues in other MgWater Group regions and within all other Premier Magnesia, LLC businesses/divisions.
- Coordinate preparation of the annual sales budget.
- Willing to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at senior professional levels.
- Territory will be GA, FL, AL, MS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to progressively grow sales with five (5) or more years of relevant sales and account management experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- 5+ years of experience in the wastewater treatment market preferred, but not required.
- Understanding of the purchasing processes and selection protocols for municipal projects required.
- Demonstrated computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, CRM – Salesforce.com, ERP – NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards
- Must live in Atlanta, GA.
- Direct Sales experience. Water for sure, wastewater is good also. Chemical sales.
- Manufacturing background.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
