We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Interns for the Summer season. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in sales and marketing in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective merchants, providing expert guidance and consultation on our suite of financial services and ecommerce solutions.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the unique requirements of each prospect and recommend customized payments or fintech solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Stay up-to-date with fintech industry trends and market dynamics, anticipating client needs and proactively offering innovative solutions to capitalize on opportunities in the marketplace.
- Cross-collaborate with team members to obtain sales training, distribute marketing collateral and provide customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional customer service experiences.
- Provide ongoing client support and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and merchants, offering assistance with any issues or inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze merchant performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization, growth and upsells.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights to uncover new sales opportunities in our proprietary database.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a drive for continuous improvement by reviewing past performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs)and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and or Adobe.
