Arden's Garden is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Atlanta locations! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating wonderful customer experiences.
To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior experience leading a team in sales or in the food industry.
Responsibilities and Duties

Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies

Prepare cold foods and operate a panini press

Share nutritional knowledge with customers

Ensure Loss Prevention

Develop strong relationships with customers

Assist with inventory management and merchandising

Qualifications and Skills

Dedicated and hardworking

Able to operate a POS system

Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred

Good attention to details
