Job Responsibilities:
- Support and engage with the General Manager to ensure goals are met.
- Track and maintain key performance indicators.
- Generate proposals and literature needed for sales completion.
- Maintain and execute marketing program.
- Maintain communication with existing clients as well as prospecting new clients through referral program.
Candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience in a marketing, sales or hospitality role.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills including letter writing and excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills.
- Deliver the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.
- An outgoing personality.
This is not a remote position. Candidates who live in Westchester or Fairfield County will be considered.
