Summary
As a Manufacturing Engineer with us, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across our production lines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, optimize existing ones, and ensure that our manufacturing operations are at the forefront of technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes which include manual machinery, CNC Machinery, assembly, product testing, powder paint, wet paint, material storage and handling, shipping and receiving, plan and office processes and procedures.
- Assists in programing CNC equipment and robotic welders, as well as designing fixtures/tools to be used on those machines in the manufacturing processes.
- Manages capital projects from conception to completion.
- Conducting feasibility analysis for new product introductions and process improvements.
- Collaborating with product development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for production issues.
- Leading projects to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Driving initiatives for automation and digitalization in manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, systems engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with AutoCad and/or ProEngineer
- Able to create and interpret drawings and use the measuring devices needed to determine conformance to design specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of quality systems in an ISO9001 environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite applications
- Ability to prioritize jobs and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication to clearly communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to use reasoning and logic to identify alternative solutions or to adapt and apply past solutions to solve new problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programing and tooling concepts as they apply to manual and CNC machinery.
- Experience with Painting and Sand Blasting operations

$80,000 – $97,500
