We are looking for a personable Investigator/Runner to set the bar high for effective client communication and ability to create a warm experience for clients upon sign-up. The Investigator/Runner is typically the first company representative to greet a potential client in person or a friendly, reliable face to assist with transporting clients for appointments when necessary. This is an ideal position for an empathetic, self-starter with specific expertise in both Sales and Customer Service roles, who would like to join our growing and high performing team. As part of our Investigator Team, you will support our firm wide success by signing new clients. This role requires exceptional consultative skills and a customer service orientation. A successful candidate for this role will be a social adept and sales professional who is dedicated to providing flawless execution and has a track record of building rapport with clients in a professional environment. We are seeking individuals with open availability as this role includes alternate shifts that may differ from our regular business hours, which could include weekend shifts and/or evening hours.
- Accountable to complete the sign up of new cases
Meet with potential clients and complete intake paperwork-
Demonstrate ability to converse with varying client personalities to collect pertinent details

Responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service

Fully investigate accident scenes, take photographs, obtain accident reports and insurance information and verify all parties by requesting documentation

Obtain witness statements if applicable

Report outcome of intake appointment to appropriate office staff in a timely manner

Accountable to provide general office support
Complete various job-related errands for all positions in the firm-
Provide back up for absent support staff

Travel to other office locations to deliver inter-office envelopes and other job-related items or packages

Provide general office maintenance on as as-needed basis

Additional responsibilities as assigned by direct supervisor or management team

Accountable to maintain LE Vehicles
Bring vehicles for routine maintenance and cleaning-
Keep track of mileage and schedule oil changes and tire rotations when appropriate

Maintain cleanliness of vehicles (interior and exterior) so that they are presentable to clients at all times

- High school diploma or equivalent

One to three years of experience in related positions and/or a high-paced office environment

Confidentiality and strong judgement

Valid Driver's license

Minimum 21 years of age for driver insurability

Driving for long periods of time (typically up to four hours)

Must be able to stand up for 30 minutes at a time
-
Must be able to work weekends and evenings on occasion
