Our company is looking for a Service Consultant to develop long-term relationships with clients and make sure they are satisfied with our services. As a Service Consultant, you will handle all inquiries and complaints regarding our services. You will become familiar with clients’ needs, create tailor-made solutions and recommend ways to improve operations. You should have excellent communication skills, as you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, internal teams and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate for this position should be detail-oriented, have good business sense, and have good knowledge of our services. Ultimately, you should maintain customer loyalty by actively listening to customers’ concerns in order to provide the best service possible.
