bidadoo has a new full-time opening for an Accounts Receivable professional. In this role you will work with the accounting and finance department on a variety of accounting, reconciliation, customer/vendor support, auction/sale management, office management and financial systems functions. Responsibilities include QuickBooks Enterprise systems support, accounts payable/payment processing, accounts receivable, filing, customer support – phone and email, reconciliation activities, contract administration, and other general office management functions. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with solid accounting and customer communication abilities to help grow a customer-focused company.
Responsibilities include:
· A variety of office management and accounting responsibilities
· Payment and AR processing, and seller payment reconciliation
· QuickBooks Enterprise use
· Payment process and seller accounts and payment reconciliation
· General accounting, data entry and reconciliation activities
· Budgeting and Financial Reporting
· Customer checkout and payment process
· Have comprehensive knowledge of online auction business (not required, but a plus)
· Manage online eBay listings, questions, company / logistics information, etc.
· Contract administration and compliance
· Provide Customer Service to online Customers (Buyers)
· Provide Customer Service to bidadoo consignment Customers (Sellers)
· Ability to learn and have intricate knowledge of the company’s service offerings and technologies
· Provide proactive feedback to the team for continuous improvement of the company's service offerings, and competitive positioning
· Establish relationships with clients and maintain on-going good communications to exceed customer expectations
Background and Qualifications include:
· Extensive QuickBooks Enterprise implementation and use across multiple companies
· Proven multi-tasker with attention to detail
· Ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries (phone / email) as well as handle more complex accounting-related tasks
· Experience buying and selling on eBay or other online platforms preferred, but not required
· Experience with industrial equipment, fleet management, trucks, and construction equipment very helpful
· Experience in B2B or industrial environments preferred
· Have excellent oral and written communication skills and very detail oriented
· Be highly motivated and excited to work in a start-up environment
· Be personable and able to interact well with customers and provide excellent service
· Be process oriented with ability to define and continually refine best practices and processes
· Proficiency in basic computer skills and applications
