Key Responsibilities:
Accomplish the highest level of performance in Finance, Client Services, Human Resources, Marketing, Administration, and Internal Technology through thorough management and evaluations of each of these areas.
Finance: Manage financial data entry, reconcile accounts, payroll, and financial reporting, and ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate. Your attention to detail will keep our books balanced and our finances flourishing!
Client Relations: Be our company's friendly face, gatekeeper, and soothing voice! From greeting guests to handling inquiries, you'll foster strong relationships with clients and vendors and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Human Resources: From onboarding new hires to payroll and benefits, you'll work closely with outside human resources to ensure our employees are well supported. Your people skills will create a positive and productive work environment for everyone.
Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost our brand presence and attract new clients. Manage our social media platforms, craft engaging content and foster meaningful interactions with our audience. Create captivating newsletters and oversee email campaigns to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Administration: Formalize policies and procedures, supervise management and data reporting, organize records, manage information flow, communicate with staff, clients, and vendors, schedule, project management, and distribute correspondence.
Internal Technology: Design, create, and implement processes, strategies, and procedures utilizing current technology to keep the firm running smoothly.
Your clear and effective communication among staff members will ensure everyone is in the loop and motivated. Coordinate engagement surveys and gather valuable feedback to drive our future initiatives.

This position is FULL-TIME| W-2 Employee | Monday - Friday |40 hours per week.
Flexible between 7 AM - 6 PM EST.
$56,000 - $62,000 per year

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree
- 5+ years' bookkeeping experience using accounting software.
- 2+ years’ experience handling payroll and other confidential employee information.
- Prior experience in a customer/client service role, preferably including both business-to-business support and internal teams.
- Technically proficient, able to learn new skills quickly and effectively.
