Our Service Technicians are experts in diagnosing and repairing fitness equipment in and out of the field. Trained by our seasoned vets, our technicians will travel within the tri-state area and perform repairs at customers’ homes and/or fitness facilities daily while enjoying the bonus of a cell phone, laptop and vehicle included while employed with us!
Some of the requirements and expectations of you during your employment are as follows:
- Ability to utilize your cognitive skills to problem solve, diagnose and repair (when possible) malfunctioning exercise equipment in customers home or fitness facilities.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service to all clients. Sociability, a Friendly demeanor and Communication is PARAMOUNT in our line of work
- Always be PREPARED and one step ahead with your tools, parts, and necessary supporting documents for daily
- Complete all timecards to ensure accuracy for payroll purposes
- Assist key personnel to resolve any problem areas you may encounter, provide feedback and new ideas to aid in the growth and reputation of our company
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees. This includes "inter" and "intra" departmental employees.
- Keep the Service Manager informed as to all pertinent factors affecting your assigned daily/weekly responsibilities.
- Provide quality, clear and detailed notes on all job sites, recording all pertinent information. Estimates, Work Orders, Invoices and Photos Included.
- Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail is REQUIRED (this includes keeping your vehicle and tools clean and organized and having all required documents handed in by the scheduled deadlines)
- Clean background checks and drug screenings
- Performs any other related or unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, unusual, or special duty/request the service manager may assign from time to time.
Education:
- High school degree or GED
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 100 pounds (at times) during the workday
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. regularly
- ***** Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record *****
- Flexible schedule Monday – Friday (hours anywhere from 6am – 7pm daily)
