Requirements for Bilingual Registered Skilled Nursing Home:

You must hold a Clear and Active license.

Nurse in the state of Florida or qualifying multi-state licensure.

Bilingual (Preferred, but not required)
-
Current CPR/BLS Certification
-
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Associates Degree (Minimum Requirement)

Nursing Functions * Quality & Safety * Charting & Documentation * Resident & Representative Communication

Thorough RN to RN Endorsement.

Ability to reconcile shift medications (i.e., Narcotic Medications).

Effectively conduct Medication Pass and document accordingly.
-
Accurately and Timely Electronic Charting and Documentation.
-
Completes all nursing multi-system assessments to include head to toe, vitals, dressing changes, applies protective skin barrier.
-
Uphold Residents Rights.
-
Communicate effectively with practitioners, physicians, and fellow staff.
-
Assess and evaluate residents plan of care to implement accordingly.
-
Promote Error Free Working Environment according to facility policies.
-
Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to promote Patient-Centered Care.
