Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host live sales events on our online platform, engaging customers in real-time and presenting products in an appealing and informative manner.
- Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Drive sales by effectively highlighting product features, benefits, and promotions during live sales events.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after live sales events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively in a live online environment.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to showcase products in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Comfortable using online platforms and technology to host live events and interact with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
This is not a commission based position, the hourly rate is $28.00/hourly
