Coy & Company, Inc. provides Interior Design & Luxury Home Staging services to clients throughout the Bay Area. With over 25 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, our team builds custom classic interiors for the modern home buyer or dweller. With a sensible approach to design, we create beautiful spaces for our clients to live, rent and sell.
Our Inventory Specialist works closely with our Interior Design and Home Staging management teams at our home decor and furniture warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and data management systems. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all inventory items are tagged, and all details and images for each item are correctly recorded in our web-based inventory system.
- As items are moved in and out for staging projects, ensure that all items are properly labeled, packaged, inspected and stored, and that our inventory system reflects their current positions.
- Update our system in a timely manner with all tracking status changes, damage notes, etc. as needed to ensure our team may access this information at any time to assess the item’s current status.
- Answer any questions our Staging or Design team has as they relate to items on order or received at the warehouse – communicating delays and missing or damaged items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping safety at the forefront of your mind.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager, Inventory Manager, and Director of Design as directed.
- Minimum level of education required - Associates Degree

JOB TYPE: Full-time, non-exempt, hourly position. You will be scheduled 40 hours per week, with some overtime expected occasionally. Workdays start at 7:30AM at the warehouse and end around 4:00PM.
BENEFITS: All benefit plans and use of PTO apply after the 90-day introductory period.
- MEDICAL, DENTAL & VISION coverage will be available through our company's employee benefit plan. We contribute $405 per month toward your Medical coverage. Dental PPO plan and Vision is available for enrollment at the full cost individual premium.
- RETIREMENT PLAN - 401K: We have a retirement plan to which you may choose to make pre-tax contributions. At this time, we do not match employee savings.
- PTO – You will accrue paid time-off at the rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked.
