Customer Service Representative
TEKNITON is an authorized TV and Home Appliance repair company operating in California, North Carolina, and Washington. Over the last 25 years, we have partnered with major manufacturers, dealers, and extended warranty companies providing unmatched in-home services to our customers.
We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative that can also do parts/stock when needed to work at our Kent, WA location.
Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, and assist customers with scheduling service jobs, provide service updates, and answer any service-related questions and concerns. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues that has a patient and empathetic attitude. The parts/stock responsibilities when needed are to daily organize stock, ordering, return, stock parts, prepare parts for upcoming scheduled repairs. An ideal candidate will have had experience working with Samsung home appliance and television parts, be familiar with GSPN, be ready, and be able to learn the systems. We are looking for a highly organized person that works best under high-pressure situations.

Full-time – Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST might change to Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m
Duties and responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers to schedule service, provide service updates and answer any service-related questions and concerns.
- Make outbound calls to schedule jobs and collect or verify product and customer information.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Provide job updates into different systems utilized by the company and the manufacturers, dealers, and warranty companies we represent.
- Collaborate with other company employees to improve customer service.
- Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer care policies.

Salary. The representative is compensated based on the hourly rate DOE (depends on experience)
