We hire fun, friendly people and are currently looking to fill a Key Account Customer Service Representative position that we call Sales Coordinator.
Scope: Be a key player on a team that grows Grace Management’s National chain accounts & International business. Initial focus will be developing an expertise on chain customer web portal interaction with a strong emphasis on problem solving, accuracy & proactive research. (Some National chains include Walmart, Dollar General, & Kirkland’s Home). Some additional coordination could include work with our Aroma Creations channel that sells fragrance to other manufacturers. Future cross training could include coordination in the International coordination area.
Responsibilities: May include but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Work closely with and ensure timely communication with the Intl, Chain Account & Aroma Creations Sales team.
- Become proficient in our processes, products, and computer systems.
- Provide a customer experience with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain CRM details
- Oversee the Processing of Orders: Read, understand, & enter orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure Vendor Guides (i.e. pre-ticketing, routing manuals, etc.) are followed and/or shared internally
- Become highly proficient in customer web portals
- Contribute ideas, feedback and information in team meetings & via email
- Work with shipping & production departments to ensure orders are shipped on time
- Maintain spreadsheets for special pricing rules/discounts/special handling
- Create account specific product line sheets
- Manage fresh samples / assemble mock-ups / mail samples & FedEx shipments
International involvement could include:
- Generate Commercial Invoices, container analysis (when applicable), & manual shipment reports/import requirements, & shipping/forwarder details from customer
- Set-up new accounts for Distributors & Retailers - could include research to approve locations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience
- · Experience with Vendor Website Portals (Walmart, Dollar General, etc) strongly preferred.
- Excel & Word capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Good math and data-entry skills
- Detail-oriented & accurate
- Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn new skills as needed
- Able to Multi-task
