Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and maximizing the financial performance of their territory.
Duties:
- Apply consultative sales approach to drive specifications of pumps and control systems to customers.
- Grow and maintain an effective sales pipeline utilizing SalesForce.com
- Identify, develop and implement local marketing strategies to expand penetration of all products and services from Hahn Equipment with territory.
Partner with the internal sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, including negotiation and account management.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Strong market knowledge and business development skills.
- Proficiency in Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Previous experience in electromechanical field, centrifugal pumping or technical sales is advantageous.
