Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Partner Program Manager to oversee and enhance our relationships with channel partners for IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing partner programs and driving collaboration to achieve mutual business goals. As a Partner Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our partner programs to maximize the value of our reseller relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with Datavocity’s business objectives and values.
- Design, implement, and manage partner programs that support and drive mutual growth and success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase partner engagement, loyalty, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless partner integration and service delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our partner programs remain competitive and relevant.
- Create and deliver training programs and resources to equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in partner program management, channel sales, or a similar role in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to integrity, accountability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
