Maintenance Supervisor Role Description :
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the coordination and management of all aspects of maintenance and reliability for the plant to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
· Lead and develop Maintenance Technicians into a highly functioning team to support production by minimizing downtime, increasing output and improving overall equipment reliability.
· Implement and strongly follow Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Procedures
· Utilize Lean concepts with the intent of improving process flows, reducing operational expenses, and improving productivity.
· Works closely with Production Manager to optimize equipment availability for production.
· Responsible for equipment and facility maintenance and technicians.
· Manage Capital Project pipeline for the facility
· Analyze and challenge existing procedures in areas of responsibility throughout the facilities, making recommendations, and working with the operational management to integrate solutions.
· Provides guidance and support to Plant Management team by identifying Continuous Improvement opportunities and supporting other department goals with staff.
· Develops, Implements, and Improves manufacturing processes, tools, equipment, and work activities, to meet and exceed the company's safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
· Additional responsibilities include tracking KPI’s for reduction of downtime and optimizing line output.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
· Meet yearly personal/department Key Performance Initiatives (KPIs) objectives.
· After hours work as needed and ability to fill in for technicians based on needs.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- SAFETY: Supervise and train staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate: -Assist Plant Manager and Production Manager to execute objectives.
- Process Development- Develop and maintain procedures/work instructions for Preventative
Maintenance jobs .
- Training- Train employees on Verdeco’s values and Policies and procedures.
- Analysis- Timely updates of metric reports for analysis by Plant Manager/Site Leadership.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $70,535.00 per year
