POSITION SUMMARY
As the HR Generalist for 10X Health, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This dynamic role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and separation. You will play a key role in facilitating employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, providing guidance and support to both employees and management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

OBJECTIVES
- Assist with the employee lifecycle including attraction, onboarding, development, retention, and separation
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews, providing detailed reports to management
- Investigate, address, and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance management
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Manage payroll processes and resolve any related issues
- Assist with leave management, including FMLA, ADA, and other statutory leaves
- Compile and analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and process improvements
- Support the implementation and management of the HRIS system and other technology tools
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and ensure compliance
COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in the use of HRIS systems for data entry, management, and reporting.
- Strong skills in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and performance management systems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
- Travel up to 10% of the time
