Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED Equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service/admin experience.
- Proficiency in multiple computer software applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Excellent skill level in time management and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization (i.e. internal / external customer).
- Ability to have flexible schedule to work some extended days and hours.
- Must have own transportation.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assists with screening applicants, sourcing resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Manages new candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
- Keep updated records of termination of employment on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
- Conduct employee orientation and safety walk-thru of facility.
- Prepare, attend, and participate in daily meetings.
- Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience, and positively represent client opportunities and employment brand.
- Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidate status.
- Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels using traditional and advanced communication tools (e.g. social media, text campaigns, telephone networking, user groups, and other in-person networking activities) to identify and obtain information about potential candidates.
- Establish and maintain a network of top talent for critical roles.
- Ensure timecards have the necessary fields and approval to meet industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot case by case data entry issues and delays and design corrective actions to improve the overall process.
- Send collected payroll data to the payroll department by specified deadline.
- Adhere to client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
