Work independently in a high volume, fast-paced environment where you will coordinate projects in our quality department, serve as a skilled technician and assist the quality director with company-wide initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
-
Willingness and ability to work in a drug-free workplace as part of our Drug Free Safety Program and pass a 7-year criminal background screen

High school diploma or the equivalent with basic math aptitude and reading skills

Detailed individual with good organizational skills
-
Inspect incoming products per customer and industry standard specifications.
-
Familiarity with basic measuring hand tools calipers, micrometers and thread gages
-
Prepare proper documentation for customer shipments.
-
Able to read blueprints and applicable specifications.
-
Prior experience with fasteners and hardware desired but not required.
-
Willing to be able to go beyond what is normal, work outside the box and take on challenges and projects.

Audit customer shipments to ensure products and packaging are correct.

Prepare sample documentation when our customers require ISIR, PPAP etc.

Work in a team setting with good communication skills.

Able to work with customers and suppliers to solve opportunities.

Willing to help with process improvements throughout the organization.
This position is a steppingstone for advancement. You will work with the Quality Director to learn all aspects of the Quality Department at Hodell-Natco. Must have a desire to succeed not just participate.
