**Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
**Duties:**
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
- Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options and policy changes.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
- Assist clients with claims processing and resolution.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure optimal coverage and identify potential gaps.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
**Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Active insurance license (CIC, CPCU, or similar designation is a plus).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
