GRS Community Management is seeking a full-time on-site Community Association Manager (LCAM) for an HOA in Palm Beach Gardens. This role involves providing guidance, leadership, and management to the association in alignment with Board and community objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the liaison between members, vendors, and the Board, fostering positive relationships.
- Implement preventive and remedial maintenance programs, including property improvement projects to enhance Association property.
- Attend and coordinate Board of Directors, Annual, and Budget Meetings.
- Advise the Board on community operations and governance.
- Review and explain monthly Financials to the Board, as well as guide them in the preparation of the annual budget and reserves.
- Oversee services provided by outside vendors, including financial activities such as invoice payments, budget reviews, tax return preparation and filing, and periodic financial statement preparation.
- Ensure that proper insurance policies are in place with the Board of Directors and the Association’s insurance broker or advisor.
- Maintain accurate and current information in the Association Records.
- Prepare and provide periodic management reports to the Board of Directors, along with necessary materials for Board meetings.
- Assist the Association and its Board in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations, and the Association’s governing documents. Maintain communication with the Association’s outside counsel.
- Ensure the accuracy of the association information and documents on the community webpage of the GRS website. Provide guidance on emergency procedures and communications, addressing and resolving community issues.
- Work in harmony with on-site admin, GRS office staff, and HOA committees to complete all tasks promptly.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Office 365, Word, Excel and Email.
- Knowledge of Resident Database and Access Control software.
- Current Florida CAM license.
- Proven success in managing onsite staff and facilities
- Minimum of 2 years of onsite property management experience.
- Strong understanding of P&L, Budget, and financial reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
