DESCRIPTION: Psychological Dimensions (PD) is a growing, innovative, and industry-leading Atlanta-based police and public safety and risk management forensic consulting firm looking for an Operations Manager to join our diverse team. We are ultimately seeking an in-office Operations Manager to be based out of our Smyrna, GA office! Our mission is providing state-of-the-art forensic risk management psychological evaluations to public safety and private organizations. Our firm also conducts risk assessment and consultation with television networks and the media. PD’s services primarily include psychological pre-employment screening, critical incident debriefing, wellness training and annual wellness visits, specialty placement assignments (e.g., SWAT, etc.), risk and threat assessment, and police/public safety and corporate fitness for duty evaluations. About the Role
The Operations Manager will:
- Undergo in-depth training to develop the skills necessary to excel within our organization as an administrator of Police and Public Safety psychological evaluations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations; ensure scheduling for all sites occurs with maximum efficiency.
- Supervise three support staff to ensure they perform their general office tasks including answering questions related to our proprietary test proctor process ProctorPRO, answer multi-line phone systems and appropriately route calls through Ring Central, schedule video conference calls, and conduct detailed document proofreading.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Keep Accounts Payable current, work with accountants to perform prework for invoicing clients monthly, and collect outstanding invoices to minimize > 90-day receivables.
- Assist with contractor invoicing.
- Serve as an alternate for Atlanta’s office coordinator.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with company goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
About You
The Operations Manager will have:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- An extremely organized and detail-oriented work ethic with superb verbal and written communication skills, careful attention to detail, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- A strong ability to maintain confidentiality and recognize opportunities for customer retention and to report any concerns immediately to the Director of Operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Great problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve conflict.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- A strong sense of accountability.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work well, independently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, be technologically savvy, and possess outstanding customer service skills!
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 with potential for growth for motivated individuals.
