We are a company with a SaaS for B2B and B2C and are hiring for the position of software support as well as sales support to our customers.
Support is to be provided over the phone and through email.
We require someone who is tech-savvy and likes to work with tech and software
The ability to communicate clearly over the phone is A MUST as well as the ability to formulate well written emails.
This is NOT a hardware/network configuration support type position.
Work days are Monday through Friday, 9am -- 5pm. The candidate must be punctual, reliable.
