We're looking for someone who can work fast, perform well under pressure. The ideal candidate for this position is capable of understanding and executing a variety of menu items and is comfortable working with various food preparation equipment. The successful candidate also has an ability to work well with others to create high-quality food products and will be able to develop strong working relationships with coworkers in order to maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety standards and handle sanitation duties such as washing, drying, and storing kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
- Keep the kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping , wiping walls, floors and other areas.
- Work to produce large quantities of food within a small amount of time.
- Work with a team to coordinate special meals or extra help when necessary.
- Follow recipes by measuring ingredients precisely.
