Responsibilities:
- Cultivating strong customer relationships through consistent sales efforts
- Identifying potential customers for insurance-funded property renovations through canvassing and networking
- Meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets within assigned territory
- Demonstrating professionalism and business acumen to positively influence prospects and customers
- Collaborating with insurance adjusters, completing necessary paperwork, and handling payments
- Conducting all business activities in line with company values
- Following up on leads provided by the company
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to build productive relationships
- Highly motivated with a track record of sales success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Proficiency in delivering tailored presentations
- Ability to manage relationships and accept feedback
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Preferably, experience in roofing or construction sales
- Strong ability to generate new business while retaining existing clients
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the job, company, and clients
- Self-starter mentality with a commitment to achieving goals
- Motivated by sales and willing to go the extra mile
- Physical ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs
