The Fulfillment Manager oversees Prisma’s kitting/distribution area. Candidate must have a well-rounded knowledge of the entire print production process, strong verbal and written communication skills, maintain high quality standards and be detail oriented. The individual must be motivated and will contribute to ongoing process improvement.
Job Duties

Provide leadership for Fulfillment team

Create production schedule and communicate changes

Manage personnel including:

Assignment of daily duties

Training and development
-
Mentor a strong lead worker to fill in during absences

Performance reviews and coaching
-
Interviewing, hiring and termination

Monitor work:
-
Approve job set ups
-
Ensure QC steps are followed
-
Observe equipment and facility. Keep work area clean and make recommendations if improvements are needed.

Demonstrate leadership attributes while performing duties. Lead by example.

Respond to questions and provide support to employees and outside departments in a professional manner.
Schedule
Monday – Friday 6am to 3pm with overtime as needed.
Position Structure:
The Fulfillment Manager reports directly to the VP of Operations
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each of the following duties satisfactorily.

The employee must be available 8 hours per day and willing to work overtime and extra days should the workload demand it.

They must meet the physical requirements for the job and be computer literate and able to use project management software, MS Office applications, E-Mail and the Internet.

Experience and education are important factors.
Experience:
Kitting production experience required. Must have previous experience managing production teams.
Education:
A combination of education and experience desired.
Language Skills:
Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, government regulations and general trade periodicals. Also, you must have the ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from employees and management.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job. The employee is required to sit, stand, kneel and crouch. The employee must lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
