```Responsibilities:```
- Oversee and manage the reservations department, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue
- Train and supervise reservation agents, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor reservation systems and ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, packages, promotions, and policies
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Public speaking skills to effectively present information to guests and staff
- Knowledge of market trends and competition to drive sales strategies
- Experience in sales management or front desk operations is desirable
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
