As a Marketing Technology Support Specialist focused on Tier 2 support and triage, your main responsibility will be troubleshooting issues in a variety of new and existing MarTech Commerce web applications and solutions. The ideal candidate should be a stickler for detail, a problem solver, good communicator and a proactive self-starter.
This full-time position is at the Herschend Property Support Center (PSC) located at our Home Office in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, and reports to MarTech Product Owner, Integrated Commerce.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, resolve, and respond to support requests via phone, email, and group status calls.
- Identify, triage, and escalate application/data issues to our internal development team if unable to resolve yourself.
- Work with the Admission Ticketing Administration team to resolve configuration issues in our eCommerce platforms.
- Communicate proper steps and best practices to Tier 1 support.
- Assist with cultivating training documentation related to eCommerce functionality.
- Join off-hours maintenance/deployment windows.
- Participation in weekend on-call rotation
- Foster collaborative working relationships within operations and across all levels and departments of the organization.
Position Requirements:
- 4-year undergraduate college degree in marketing, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
- Experience with triaging and testing of Marketing Technology web applications.
- Experience with and a general understanding of
- APIs (Postman environments and variables)
- Software as a service
- Azure DevOps for Project Management (or, equivalent such as Jira, Confluence)
- SDLC methodologies (ex: Agile, Scrum)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities shift with the business needs
- Knowledge of the eCommerce space including data strategies, usability best practices and industry trends strongly preferred
- Experience with responsive coding and optimization for both web and mobile devices, including robust understanding of HTML and CSS
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Availability to work during non-business hours or holidays/weekends when applicable
